Kendlebell’s services are invaluable to Swim Ireland. We have a very busy office and before we engaged Kendlebell, callers often struggled to get through to us and staff spent a lot of time answering general queries on the phone.  Having a virtual receptionist frees our office staff from constant interruptions to answer queries but what is most important to us  is that callers never get an engaged tone when they call our main number and always get to speak to someone who is polite and helpful. It is difficult to envisage how we would do without Kendebell’s services now!!
