Payroll
The payroll function is particularly well suited to outsourcing due to its routine nature and the fact that it lends itself to automation and you can maintain confidential data offsite. We work with a well-known Irish software provider who have tried and tested systems which have been designed to handle the specific requirements of the Irish regulations and interfaces with Revenue requirements and online systems.
Debtors Ledger
Maintaining a debtors ledger for clients is critical. Clients seeking such a ledger often require the preparation and prompt dispatch of monthly statements which can be done directly either electronically or by paper. We provide appropriate management information to you in accordance with your requirement.
Creditors Ledger
Similar to the debtors ledger, this requires a high level of accuracy. Clients may also wish us to reconcile the individual balances on the ledgers with supplier statements to ensure that outstanding credit notes or invoices are accounted for correctly.
Management Accounts
We can handle the preparation of your management accounts either in our office using a cloud based accounting package or on your own software system which we can access remotely.
